I’ve been applying lean thinking ever since and set up the business in 2006. Initially, we were very project-based and took on process and systems challenges for businesses. However, over time, we realised that any change was more sustainable when we educated organisations to take this approach themselves. We now focus on training and mentoring to achieve lasting change.
For the last year, I have been Chairman of the Dublin Lean Network. The Dublin Lean Network was formed to bring businesses of all sizes and industries together to share Lean business ideas and best practices. Through free webinars, Q&A sessions, company site visits, and networking opportunities, this network of Lean Practitioners educates organisations on how to implement Lean in their business.

You’ll often find me tapping away to tunes – music is my escape – and I like nothing better than live music. I’ll often coerce one of my four children to a gig – come along – you’ll love it! Family is really important and we love to get away especially on ski holidays – it avoids having to please everyone each day – “what are we doing?” – heading back up that mountain! I love living in Dublin. I’m also a long-suffering Leeds United fan, love photography and walking our two dogs in the park or on the beach.
