Practical, Grounded,
and People-First
We believe the best consultants already work in your organisation. Our role is to create environments where every voice is valued — and empower your people to find the solutions.
LeanEssentials was born when a corporate client asked us to design a short, experiential introduction to Lean — moving away from presentations toward our hands-on simulation approach.
Real Results from Real People
Huge learning experience that you can apply to your daily work and projects going forward. Creates a new way of thinking.
I learnt even more than expected. Not only did it help me implement the process improvement project I chose, it also gave me problem-solving tools I will apply to future projects.
This is a great programme that enables you to work on real issues and apply the learnings that allow you to see how it works. I would strongly recommend it for everyone in a business regardless of their role.
I really enjoyed the course. I found the mentor sessions really useful as they challenged me to think about the impact of my project in a totally different but more powerful way.
The 1:1 mentoring allowed me to take a reasonably complex concept and whittle it down to two concise process improvements that should improve business practice.
