Our Quality Assurance processes are applicable to all the training that LeanTeams provides. We apply a consistent standard of quality assurance to all our programmes, accredited and non-accredited.
Our Governance model reflects the size and types of training and services we provide and gives us an appropriate level of oversight. Our governance model ensures that our training process, its contents, and outcomes is subject to academic review. The Academic Board enables us to seek advice and direction from experienced board members to continually strengthen our training and service provision.
