Training built around readiness, results, and real business impact
Business Simulation

A practical, one-day Lean business simulation designed to help organisations experience Lean in action — and decide what to do next.
Best If
- Lean is new or unevenly understood
- You want a low-risk starting point
- You’re exploring whether Lean is the right fit
Lean Essentials

For participants who would benefit from building confidence and fundamentals before leading a full project.
Best If
- Lean thinking and problem-solving
- Improving Standard Work in a local area
- Developing habits and confidence
Lean Practitioner

This pathway is confirmed after the simulation and assessment phase, once readiness is clear.
Best If
- Own or strongly influence a process
- Have access to data and decision-makers
- Can commit time to delivering a real project
Why we changed the pathway for 2026
Based on feedback from recent cohorts, we made a small but important change.
In some cases, organisations invested in a full Practitioner programme before it was clear whether a nominee was ready — due to role scope, time pressures, or access to data.
The result?
Unnecessary risk for the business and frustration for the participant.
Our 2026 pathway solves this directly.
How the Lean learning pathway works
Options
Step 1 – Business Simulation & Assessment
Everyone starts here. Participants experience Lean in action and complete a short practical task.
Step 2 – Readiness confirmed
Each participant is assessed based on: Engagement during the simulation Quality of the 10 Wastes task Scope and clarity of the proposed project outline
Step 3 – Right pathway, right time
Participants then progress to: Lean Practitioner pathway, Lean Essentials or pause with no further spend committed
This ensures every participant is set up to succeed.
