As an experienced Management Consultant, I have over 20 years’ experience supporting board members in making sound financial decisions. My sectoral expertise covers construction, medical, engineering, meat processing, plastic manufacturing, oil and lubricant distribution, wine wholesaling and retailing, fashion wholesaling, retail, and charity.

Apart from Lean, I have specialist expertise in Costing, Turnaround, and Systems Implementations. I have implemented regulatory and legislative changes maintaining standards at corporate level, written and implemented strategies across diverse industries, and successfully managed resulting change. I take a direct approach from the outset, understanding what key stakeholders require by way of project output.

I am a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, and a member of Enterprise Ireland and Invest NI mentor panels.
