Therese Walsh is a seasoned transformation leader with over 25 years of cross-industry experience driving operational excellence across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. Her career spans key leadership roles in multinational corporations, consistently delivering high-impact results through Lean and change management strategies.
As Regional Lead for a global Lean transformation initiative, Therese and her team delivered over $15 million in productivity gains (a 22% improvement) through 30+ Lean change programmes across securities and fund services — enhancing engagement across a workforce of 3,000+.
In 2014, Therese founded her own consultancy, partnering with clients across public and private sectors to optimise performance and develop high-performing teams. Her diverse client portfolio includes the Central Bank of Ireland, Royal College of Physicians Ireland, Department of Education, Kellanova, Ornua, Glanbia, Laois County Council, and the Arts Council.
Therese serves as Chairperson of VBOM for Laois Domestic Abuse Services and as Ireland Country Lead for the Global Change Management Institute.
