As a trainer and mentor, I enjoy collaborating with leaders to embed a culture of continuous improvement within their business. We do this as a team by empowering their people to grow and succeed. In addition, I love to work with organisations where their cultural values align with my own personal beliefs. My own values are deeply rooted in integrity and respect.
In my early career I started and managed my own business. During this experience, it gave me insight into the dynamics and challenges entrepreneurs’ face as their start-ups evolve and grow. Furthermore, I worked in a corporate environment where I was responsible for achieving operational excellence in a highly regulated sector in Ireland, UK, Netherlands, India and the US. By engaging the people I worked with in a shared vision and purpose, I gained valuable experience in consistently achieving a brand promise and exceeding customer expectations.
I now appreciate that as the eldest sibling of a large farming family, I have been seeking to continually improve processes all my life. I simply had to work smarter, not harder!
