Martina Murphy

As a trainer and mentor, I enjoy collaborating with leaders to embed a culture of continuous improvement within their business. We do this as a team by empowering people to grow and succeed. I love to work with organisations whose cultural values align with my own personal beliefs — deeply rooted in integrity and respect.

In my early career I started and managed my own business, gaining insight into the dynamics and challenges entrepreneurs face as their start-ups evolve and grow. I then worked in a corporate environment, responsible for operational excellence across a highly regulated sector in Ireland, the UK, Netherlands, India, and the US. By engaging people in a shared vision and purpose, I gained experience in consistently achieving a brand promise and exceeding customer expectations.

I now appreciate that as the eldest sibling of a large farming family, I’ve been seeking to continually improve processes all my life — working smarter, not harder.
