I have worked as a Senior Manager in the energy, aviation, international NGO and financial sector in areas covering corporate governance, information systems, financial management and change management.  

I was introduced to Lean and Six Sigma while working in the aviation sector and oversaw the delivery of a Lean Six Sigma programme that delivered transformative benefits to the business.  The Change Acceleration Process that we were trained in demonstrated the real importance of people in bringing about change and how to bring everyone on the journey. 

Over the last 8 years I was the Head of Continuous Improvement in the NTMA which allowed me to develop an excellent team that promoted Lean Thinking through an extensive training programme and supported the business in delivering key process improvements.  I have trained as a coach and mentor and participated in the development of the NTMA’s innovation hub.  

I am now a trainer and mentor with LeanTeams and enjoy working with organisations looking to develop their teams and Lean Management approach.
